Marvel’s Cinematic Universe continues to evolve with new worlds & stories being introduced each year.
The wait for Marvel’s Inhumans is finally over with the release of a new trailer giving fans a view of what to expect when the show premiers later on this year.
It seems as though the Inhuman race have been in hiding, taking shelter on the dark side of the moon, hiding from humanity who will eventually one day discover them. This is the perfect timing for Marvel to release this show with many big events within the MCU working towards some big events in space.
Marvel Television has always carefully planned their shows such as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. So that they orentate well around the films released every year, with some parts of the series linking up with some of the films released but just recently that all seemed to change with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. taking a different approach and allowing fans to experience something unique and explore that part of the MCU. Many fans were impressed with the way the shot introduced to Gabriel Luna’s Ghost Rider as well as some big plots when they got to see the Ghost Rider team up with Agent Coulson and his team to wrestle the Darkhold and LMD robots.
2018 will mark the ten year anniversary for the Marvel Cinematic Universe and to celebrate it Marvel Studios will be releasing Avengers: Infinity War which will bring a conclusion to everything which has occurred since Iron Man (2008).
With the next couple of films by Marvel Studios taking characters into the cosmos, it looks as though Marvel are looking to do the same with their TV shows.
Inhumans will bring about a whole new world of characters and stories within the Marvel Cinematic Universe but with Marvel’s other TV shows such as Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. and The Defenders taking place in other parts of the MCU, it would be even better if not only did they reference some events which occurred in the films but instead actually had a guest star from the actual films appear, this would help Marvel give their TV shows an extra boost of energy as well as give fans something great to experience.
Many of you who may have seen Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 4 will have witnessed that the ending sets up Season 5 which will most likely feature S.W.O.R.D. who are an international organization dedicated to defending the human race against extraterrestrial threats. This could also give Marvel a way to maybe build up to a possible crossover between Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. which will allow them to not only build something with their films but also with their TV shows as well.
