Paramount Pictures seem to have gone down a few dials since Michael Bay’s Transformers films, which for me was quite disappointing because The Last Knight, released in 2017, really set the stage for what could have potentially been quite a finale for the franchise.
Paramount Pictures new and upcoming Transformers film Rise Of The Beasts is a sequel to Bumblebee. The film, inspired by the ’90s Beast Wars cartoon, stars Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, with Michelle Yeoh and Pete Davidson taking on voice roles. Peter Cullen reprises his voice role as Optimus Prime.
The film is directed by Steven Caple Jr and is the sixth live-action transformers film from Paramount Pics. To date, the franchise has grossed $5 billion globally.
Paramount Pictures released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming Transformers Rise of the Beasts film today. I’ll be honest, it looks great but I am a little skeptical about how audiences will react to the introduction of the Maximals, Predacons and Terrorcons joining the battle on Earth between Autobots and Decepticons.
